Nursery Caregiver

We are creating a new, small, and close-knit Montessori kindergarten and nursery in Karłowice, Wrocław. We are full of enthusiasm and positive energy, and now we’re looking for someone to join our team as a Nursery Caregiver.

Your responsibilities as a Nursery Caregiver:

  • Taking care of a group of children, ensuring their development and education
  • Teaching independence, cooperation, and leading activities that consider each child’s individual needs
  • Maintaining a well-organized environment, planning and organizing activities
  • Observing and monitoring children’s development while building relationships with parents
  • Co-creating a supportive and trusting atmosphere within the team.

Our ideal Nursery Caregiver:

  • Has a passion for working with young children and their healthy development
  • Holds qualifications as a nurse, nursery caregiver, or has experience in caring for children under 3 and is ready to gain more qualifications
  • Is interested in attachment parenting and Montessori pedagogy
  • Is a positive, open-minded person who embraces new challenges
  • Enjoys spending time with children and nature, and is not afraid of outdoor play
  • Is honest, sensitive, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Knowledge of English will be an additional advantage and then proficiency in Polish is not required.
