We’re growing! Our new, intimate, and connection-based Montessori preschool and nursery in Karłowice is full of energy and purpose — and now we’re looking for someone special to join our team as a Nursery Caregiver.

Your responsibilities:

• Caring for and supporting the development of a small group of young children

• Helping children build independence and cooperation skills, while respecting their individual needs

• Creating and maintaining a nurturing, stimulating environment

• Observing and tracking children’s growth and development

• Building positive, professional relationships with parents

• Contributing to a culture of trust and support within the team

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal Nursery Caregiver:

• Is passionate about working with young children and supporting their healthy development

• Holds formal qualifications to work in a nursery or is a certified nurse with relevant experience

• Is genuinely interested in attachment-based parenting and the Montessori philosophy

• Has a positive attitude, a sense of humor, and a solution-oriented mindset

• Enjoys being around children and nature — rain or shine!

• Is honest, responsible, empathetic, and trustworthy
