Responsibilities of our Teacher:

  • Educational and developmental responsibility for the assigned group of children
  • Continuous and careful maintenance of the environment, planning, and organizing activities in line with the curriculum
  • Caring observation, monitoring, and documenting children’s development
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with parents to ensure the best care for the children
  • Co-creating an atmosphere of trust, support, and respect among children and colleagues
  • Actively participating in the work of the entire Happy Fox team (e.g., meetings, event organization).

Our ideal Teacher is:

  • A passionate and experienced Montessori practitioner for several years
  • A graduate of educational or related studies with pedagogical qualifications to work with preschool-aged children
  • An open, positive person seeking opportunities and solutions
  • Someone who enjoys being with children and nature, regardless of the weather
